Level II - Beginner Wheel Throwing
Seasoned Beginners | 6 Weeks | Thursdays 6pm-9pm
Service Description
Ready to take your skills to the next level? This class is designed for students who have completed at least one beginner wheel-throwing course and are eager to keep growing. We’ll focus on building the control and confidence needed to throw taller forms while exploring shapes every potter loves to make, including cylinders, cups, and bowls. Students will also learn trimming techniques to help bring their pieces to a beautiful finish. Whether you’re working on consistency or are excited to see how much further you can go, this class is a wonderful next step in your pottery journey. You’ve already got the foundation—now it’s time to build on it! This course includes up to 25 lbs. of clay, access to studio tools, and five Open Studio passes, giving students extra time outside of class to practice. Just show up ready to learn and have fun!

Cancellation Policy
Students who wish to withdraw must do so within two weeks of the class start date to receive a full refund. To withdraw, please email brittanydias@riclayspace.com. Classes include non-transferable Open Studio passes that must be used within the session. Unused passes expire at the end of the session. Exceptions may be made at the studio owner’s discretion. By enrolling, students agree to follow all studio policies—respecting one another, caring for the space, and contributing positively to our ceramic community. RI Clay Space provides adult ceramics classes, and all students must be 18 years or older to enroll. Thank you for your support—we look forward to creating with you!
