Intro to Hand-building - Functional

Service Description

Create functional ceramics works while learning the basic skills of hand building. Students will create functional works such as cups, bowls, plates, and vases. Surface decoration techniques such as sgraffito, additive and impressed textures, will be demonstrated. This is designed for beginners and will establish a foundation of useful clay hand building skills. This course includes 5 Open Studio passes, giving students extra time outside of class time to practice!
