Beginners Wheel Throwing

Service Description

Ready to get muddy and learn the fun-damentals of wheel throwing? This course teaches students the basics of wheel throwing, from centering to forming simple shapes, to trimming and making handles. On the last day of the session, students will learn how to glaze, finishing their works. This class is designed for beginners with no or very little experience. If you have taken this class before, you are welcome to take it again. You can take this class more than once. Repeating this class will help further establish your wheel-throwing skills. This course includes clay, use of studio tools and 5 Open Studio passes, giving students extra time outside of class time to practice!
